WHO CAN BE A DELEGATE AND HOW MANY DELEGATES CAN A CHURCH BRING: Number of elected delegates from a local NYI does not include ex officio delegates (NYI president, pastor, youth pastor, District NYI Council members from a local church, etc.) A Local NYI member does not need to be a member of your church, just someone who regularly attends your church.]

Youth Ministries with 5-45 NYI members may bring 4 delegates
Youth Ministries with 46-75 NYI members may bring 5 delegates
Youth Ministries with 76-105 NYI members may bring 6 delegates
Youth Ministries with 106-135 NYI members may bring 7 delegates
Youth Ministries with 136-165 NYI members may bring 8 delegates
Youth Ministries with 166-195 NYI members may bring 9 delegates
Youth Ministries with 196-225 NYI members may bring 10 delegates
Youth Ministries with 226-255 NYI members may bring 11 delegates

9:00am: Opening District Assembly (Grand Ballroom)
10:30am: DS Report (Grand Ballroom)
11:30am: NYI Convention part 1 (Cameo Ballroom)
12:00pm: Break for Lunch (on your own)
1:30pm: NYI Convention part 2 (Cameo Ballroom)
5:00pm: Break for Dinner (on your own)
7:00pm: NYI/NMI Worship Service (Grand Ballroom)
